Coloique a cor preta no foreground

Localize o brushe salvo
Ative a layer do topo
Layer / New raster layer
Clique com o botão esquerdo do mouse sobre o corner (canto) esquerdo
Com a ferramenta Move, posicione melhor no canto, como mostro no modelo
Effect / Effect 3 D / Drop Shadow: 1 / 1 / 100 / 0 / Cor 1
Repita o drop shadow uma segunda vez
Aplique novamente o drop shadow: 5 / 5 / 50 / 10 / preto
Effect / Plugins / Simple / Top Left Mirror
Com a ferramenta borracha apague um do canto inferior esquerdo

Effect / Image Effect / Offset: H= -20 / V= 160 / Custom e Transparent marcados

Aplique novo drop shadow: 10 / 10 / 50 / 10 / preto
